He is currently the President of the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland. Mr. Moorehead has many years experience in medical negligence work and is on the UK Register of Medical Expert Witnesses. He has over 10 years experience of medical negligence work with 90% of this done for the defence and 10% for the plaintiff.
Mr Andrew Gordon is a member of the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland and has held a variety of positions in the School of Surgery in Oxford and for a period of 5 years was Training Programme Director, responsible for coordinating the training of all the senior surgical trainees in the region. His private practice is conducted in East Berkshire at the private clinics and hospitals in Maidenhead, Windsor and Slough.
In the earlier years of his consultant practice he performed a great variety of operations across all the subspecialties of general surgery, (breast, vascular, upper and lower gastro-intestinal, endocrine etc.). He now concentrates on day-case surgery, in particular gall bladder removal and all types of hernia surgery.
